Addition of a baking preparation area, sales area expansion and major modernisation of the existing Lidl store
The task: Extension of the sales area of the Lidl store to just under 1,000.
The implementation: The exterior appearance was given a visual makeover by means of floor-to-ceiling shop windows and the installation of an "Alucobond façade". Inside the building, the "rejuvenation cure" continued: the salesroom was completely gutted and redesigned with large-format floor tiles and a modern colour and lighting concept, among other things, in a clear and sales-promoting manner. As part of the project, a bakery shop was integrated and the entrance area was modernised. The addition of a deep-freeze unit, the technical modernisation of the delivery and storage areas, the revision of the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems as well as the redesign of the outdoor facilities completed the overall concept.
