Barrier-free tenant planning for office use Stuttgart

The task: In the context of tenant planning, the second, fourth and fifth floors of an existing building in Stuttgart are to be restructured and refurbished.

The implementation: 95 individual offices were created on three floors in the three-wing complex, adapted to the tenant's needs. In addition to the individual offices, we created at least one spacious meeting room per floor as well as the IT and filing rooms necessary for operations. New sanitary facilities, including wheelchair-accessible toilets, were built in the joints of the three wings. Accessibility was a high priority in the realisation of the new office space: every room is accessible barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly via the lift and correspondingly wide doors. Necessary corridor bulges as meeting areas and turning facilities for wheelchair users are now also available.
