The building project is a new five-storey data centre building in reinforced concrete solid construction in three self-sufficient construction phases. The site is located in the transition area between commercial and residential areas on a street with old trees. In close coordination with the urban planning department, the structured cubature and the height of the office wings, which are staggered to the side of the neighbouring buildings, achieved a careful integration of a modern data centre into the heterogeneous urban environment.
