The task: The nursing home, designed as an open house with a restaurant, is open to all visitors and guests from the community. It consists of a three-storey structure with a low-pitched hipped roof. 68 beds are arranged in groups of rooms around a spacious central lounge area.

The implementation: Daylight enters the corridor zones and common areas via large window areas and balconies, and views of nature are created. As a low-energy building, the building was equipped with an environmentally friendly pellet heating system and a ventilation system with heat recovery.
