The task: The Sparkasse Bensheim is to be given a representative building at a central location.

Our planning: A new facade is to create a clear, urban edge that will be continued into the actual new building and also enclose the listed building next to the existing building in a dignified manner. With their authentic and durable materiality, pre-hung vertical elements made of light-coloured sandstone convey solidity and respectability in a modern design language. The aim is to create a harmonious ensemble that combines old and new. Thus, with its new interior and exterior spaces, Sparkasse Bensheim presents itself as both a modern and future-oriented company as well as one that is aware of its tradition.
