New construction MFH Bensheim-Auerbach
The task: An ultra-modern passive house in the Bauhaus style with five extremely attractive flats is to be built in a traffic-calmed development street near the Kronepark in Bensheim-Auerbach.
The implementation: High ceilings, underfloor heating, high-voltage connections for electric cars in the underground car park, a lift and barrier-free access throughout the property are just some of the highlights we have implemented as part of this project. Natural resources are used through the use of geothermal energy and photovoltaics, a ventilation system with heat recovery and increased sound insulation complete the technical equipment. Inside the building, mosaic parquet flooring, cast stone and exposed concrete surfaces characterise the graceful design, and each flat also has a balcony covered with wooden floorboards.
