The task: Construction of two differently designed family homes.

The implementation: In the period from 2011 to 2013, we realised the two differently designed family homes in Dreieich-Sprendlingen. While the south-facing house has a classic rectangular "footprint", the north-facing house has an almost square footprint. The buildings have three and four rooms respectively, plus a granny flat with two rooms in the basement of the southern dwelling house. We have designed the roof form as gable roofs, which are slightly overhung by the eaves and gable walls in the form of small attics.
