The task: In an existing, three-storey office building, a representative new layout of the office spaces is to be realised on all floors and the entrance situation is to be extended by a two-storey extension as a transparent glass post-and-beam construction.

The implementation: The new entrance is at the same time the central reference point of the Campus-Magistrale. In the extension, the reception area on the ground floor and the meeting room on the first floor were enlarged. In the outdoor area, the exterior and access stairs were generously redesigned and a covered lounge area was created with a glass pavilion. On the first floor, a new roof terrace was built on the existing hall roof adjacent to the "open space", which is multifunctional for events and conferences.
