Residential house in historical building fabric
The task: In an existing building with historic building fabric, the attic was to be newly constructed as a cantilever construction.
The implementation: We created completely new rooms for the flexible and open design of living, dining, cooking, a small working area and a central fireplace. For this purpose, we built an extension on the south side and dormer windows, which were planned in consultation with the Office for the Protection of Historical Monuments. The extension includes the new staircase, so that new space for additional rooms has been created on the ground floor.
